The game Nexus Wars is in development, and Ajion Corporation and Retro Epic Empire make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the game's operation or the information, content, materials, or products included in the game.

These terms are governed by the laws of USA, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in USA, New York in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Nexus Wars.
